Our Services Stages

Our six-stage process ensures precision from concept to completion.
Each stage reflects our commitment to transformative and excellent lighting solutions.

01. Concept Design

This initial stage consists of meetings to define the project requirements, design approach and other factors relevant to the lighting design.

Then we prepare a Lighting Concept Report, with sketches, diagrams and illustrations to convey the lighting design intent and strategies.

02. Preliminary Design Stage

The creation of the definition described in the previous stage involves this process. It usually consists of preliminary layouts of lighting on plans or elevations,

preliminary schedules showing the form of lamp and luminaire, preliminary descriptions of sensitive areas to ensure the viability of the installation, and estimates of lighting to verify conformity with international requirements.

03. Design Development Stage

All existing lighting documentation are further refined and developed during this time. In order to integrate precise installation and provision information into the

key architectural and ID sets, requirements are improved to include photometric data and gear data. In this step, the budget, load schedules and control schedules are also drawn up. A full mock-up kit will be produced if necessary.

04. Construction / Tender Documents Stage

The completion of the complete lighting kit, containing lighting layouts, information, requirements, BOQs, load schedules, control schedules,

control diagrams, list of suppliers and final budget, is seen at this point. This are then assembled into the final products for design and tendering.

05. Tender Evaluation Stage

To guarantee the optimal efficiency and impact of the lighting systems, a competent review of all the bids received is important.

Returned tenders are reviewed and a confidential report containing comments and recommendations is given to the customer.

06. Site Supervision / Commissioning Stage

Our staff carries out routine visits during renovation to ensure that the lighting equipment installation is carried out as scheduled. At this point, RFIs

pertaining to the lighting kit are also addressed. We help with the commissioning, targeting and programming of the lighting equipment until the installation is finished. A final review then takes place and a report for handover is given to the customer.
